🗓 Standard Returns

  • You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

📦 General Return Shipping Policy

  • US Customers : Prepaid return labels are provided for items between $20–$150 and under 20 lbs (9 kg) , excluding sale items. A small restocking fee may apply based on item category.
  • Oversized or high-value items (above $150 or 20 lbs/9 kg): Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • International Customers : Return shipping is customer's responsibility. However, ZopperTec Return+ options may allow you to skip return shipping entirely — or receive ZopperTec credit to offset the cost.

    Send it back, get your money back. Simple and straightforward.
  • 🚀 Upgrade Your Refund

    Turn your refund into extra ZopperTec credit — for example, a $60 refund could become $90 in store credit. More tech, more power.
  • 🎁Keep It & Cash Back Combo

    Keep the item and still get a mix of partial refund + bonus credit . Ideal if you like some features but want to explore other options.
  • Surprise Credit Boosts

    Sometimes, our team adds unexpected bonus credit — just to brighten your day.

👉 Exact offers vary by product, order, and situation. Our support team will always work with you to find the most valuable, flexible solution.

🏷 Sale Items

  • Sale items are eligible for return within the 30-day window, but prepaid return labels are not provided .
  • Customers must arrange and cover return shipping.
  • You can always choose a Return+ option (like bonus credit or keep-it combos) instead of sending it back.

✨ Why? Sale prices are already deeply discounted, and this policy helps us keep offering amazing deals while still giving you flexible resolution choices.

🛋 High-Value & Oversized Products

For furniture, appliances, or items over $500 USD / 20 lbs (9 kg) :

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery .
  • A restocking fee applies — but it can be refunded as ZopperTec credit for even more value.
  • Some bulky or custom-made items are final sale. But don't worry — if something goes wrong, we'll always work with you for a fair, happy resolution.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products can't be returned for safety or hygiene reasons:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants)
  • Personal care, hygiene, and bedding products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Digital/downloadable goods
  • Clearance/final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Streaming devices (eg, StreamBox)
  • Gaming consoles or devices with pre-loaded/digital games (once activated or accessed)

🎉 Seasonal & Limited-Time Items

Seasonal items (like Halloween tech decor, holiday gadgets, Valentine's gifts, etc.) follow special return rules:

  • Return Requests : Must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery , and the item must be unopened and unused .
  • After-Holiday Policy : Once the associated holiday has passed (eg, after Oct 25 for Halloween, Dec 20 for Christmas), all sales are final.
  • Used or Opened Items : Costumes, decor, or accessories that have been worn, displayed, or opened are not eligible for return.

Return+ Options Still Apply : Even if your item doesn't qualify for a standard return, you can still choose a Return+ path — like partial cash-back, bonus credit, or keep-it-and-credit combos — so you never leave empty-handed.
